Heavy ant activity was found along the front walkway. Gel bait was dropped to decrease their numbers. A liquid treatment to the foundation of the home . An inspection of the interior: you had heavy springtail activity in the back windows on each level of the home, likely due to nearby leaf litter and recent construction. Windowsills were treated. Monitoring glue boards were placed in utility room for monitoring moisture seeking insects. Mouse stations were placed in garage, under kitchen sink, and utility room. An inspection of the exterior: Some ant activity was noticed but they were already taking previously placed bait. I added a little of our own for good measure. Porch light was treated for mudwasps. Foundation, as well as bottom of windows on first two levels, were given liquid treatment.

Hello Suryani, I came by today to perform an initial inspection to begin a premium plus service. I inspected the exterior of the home, under the decks, the doors of the garage, and the unfinished area of the basement. Much of the house was being remodeled, and the usual areas that I would inspect and place treatment were under construction. I was able to place three mouse bait stations in the three corners of the basement , on either side of the garage doors , and a large rodent station by the AC condensers in the back of the house. I have put in my notes for the follow up technician to check on any newly finished areas during their visit. In the meantime, if you see pest activity entering the home, give us a call

Today I placed (24) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home as well as 1 above ground station at the rear stump where activity was found. This will aid in the elimination and of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. Swarming during this period may happen and should be expected. I applied a granular carpenter ant bait at the other stump to help eliminate the carpenter ants.
